a fantastic send off

On March 3rd me and my best friend Jonesycat79 saw Logan and OH MY GOD was it awesome ^^.
First I will praise James Mangold for what is my fav Wolverine and overall superhero film. The direction he took with Logan was simply awesome the way it was shot was absolutely stunning.
Hugh Jackman gave a very fantastic performance as did Sir Patrick Stewart both not only gave it their all in what is their final performances of these characters but both also masterfully made the most of the screen time they had and one scene for Stewart I love was a certain scene in a bed in the second act it was wonderfully shot and Stewart's performance there almost brought me to tears. For Jackman I love the scene where he is talking to Laura about why he doesn't get close to people that scene made me feel genuine sorrow for him.
Now my final and biggest praise goes to X-Men films newcomer Dafne Keen, not only is this little girl a fantastic actress but she mafe me believe she was Laura Kinney,she also made me believe she was acting for a long time when in reality this is her film debut and she stole every scene she was in, and i also like how despite not speaking, she was able to commuicate a lot with just her facial expressions and body language and one scene with her I find espically adorable was a scene in the 2nd act the genuine happiness that shows in that smile was really adorable and made me love the character even more than I already did since i first saw the character in the X-Men Evolution cartoon. But my fav scene with her was a certain scene with her and Logan/Jackman in the 3rd act it was very well acted and its overall one of my fave scenes in the film. The few fight scenes that were in the film were great and i really enjoyed them and I didn't mind that there weren't too many fights as this is a personal story for Logan.
Overall I really enjoyed this film and while I have heard people on YouTube point out some problems with the movie i personally dont mind them and i will see this movie again when i can and i reccomend anyone who enjoys X-Men to go see this movie trust me you won't regret it.

goodbye Doctor

Well today I was informed that John Hurt died today. He was also know as Kane from from the original Alien the first to suffer from the chestburster,he also did many other roles such as Joesiph Marriek a.k.a the Elephant Man but I will always remember him best as the Doctor who fought in the Time War. I love how did nothing less than his A game to each role he did, he would bring them to life in such a way that its like they really existed in real life and in the case of the Elephant Man brought him back to life in a sense but for me I will always remember how he made the Doctor even more real for me and I ask anyone who loved what this man did in his career to take a moment of silence and for those who love Doctor Who listen to this song while doing that.

Yesterday I found out that a man I dearly loved for introducing to sci-fi's greatest TV show has passed away and so the world has become a much sadder place. the man shall be missed by many of fans throughout the world for he was so loved. I love you Spock may you live long and prosper in heaven : (
